MediRoutes Release Notes

Desktop Client update to Version 4.0.0.37046

Desktop Client:

  • ModivCare Reroutes/turnback issue: Trips are connecting with ModivCare Web Portal when Rerouting/turning back trips. And New messaging and reason for Denied reroute and Cancel options. 

Dispatch V2

  • Added the ability to insert breaks into a route. Dispatchers can now add a break stop into an already-scheduled route.
  • Fixed mileage rounding. Mileage now displays using your account's configured decimal precision instead of showing raw, unrounded values.
  • Fixed an issue where daily dispatch runs could fail to generate for the current workday.
  • Reduced Dispatch exceptions. Fixed two underlying issues that were causing a large share of route-saving and driver arrive/perform errors — this should mean fewer unexpected errors while dispatching.

Account & Login

  • Fixed a login bug where entering your password after setup could incorrectly redirect you back to the create-password screen instead of logging you in.
  • Added validation to prevent invalid input lengths when using a magic sign-in link.

Web App

  • Fixed the Sent Notifications search, which was erroring out, capping results at 50, and failing to export to CSV.
  • Fixed Change History so it's no longer capped and now shows the most recent changes first.
  • Fixed an issue where entering charges manually could bypass address geocoding on trip creation.
