How to Locate a Driver's Run and Vehicle Login

A guide on finding the Run and Vehicle login values in MediRoutes desktop to provide to drivers who need their Run and Vehicle login.

When a new driver is hired and their user account is set up, they must also receive their Run and Vehicle Logins to start using the MediRoutes mobile app. To effectively operate within the app, drivers require two sets of credentials (username and password, Run and Vehicle login). The following steps will guide you in locating the login information for the Run and Vehicle that the driver will use for their trips.

Step 1: Navigate to Runs list

1. In the MediRoutes desktop app, go to the Data tab.
2. On the second row of tabs, click Scheduling.
3. View the Runs list.

Step 2: Locate Run Login

1. On the Runs list, locate the Run that the driver will be using.

2. For that Run, find the column that says Smartphone Login at the top. The value listed in this column will be the Run Login that the driver needs to enter on the mobile app. 

Step 3: Navigate to Vehicles List and Locate Vehicle Login

1. While staying under the Data>Scheduling tab, click the Vehicles tab next to the Runs tab.

2. In the Vehicles list, locate the Vehicle that the driver will be using.

3. Find the column that says Smartphone Login for the Vehicle that will be used. The value in this column is what the driver needs to enter as the Vehicle Login on the mobile app.

Step 5: Provide Driver with Logins

Make sure to provide the driver with both the Run and Vehicle Logins located using the steps above. After they login with their username and password, they will need to enter the Run Login and Vehicle Login in order to access their schedule and perform their trips on the mobile app.
