Fairmatic and MediRoutes Quote
After you complete the quote sign-up, Fairmatic will reach out to you directly with the next steps regarding your insurance quotes and contract.
Once your Fairmatic Insurance Contract is finalized, you will receive information and details on how to access their portal and the Driver Insights Dashboard. An email will be sent to you with your user account credentials, granting you access to both the Fairmatic Dashboard and the MediRoutes Driver Insights tracking system.
MediRoutes support will receive the necessary setup items to be integrated into MediRoutes. Your next step will be to activate the Driver User account in MediRoutes to begin utilizing Driver Insights and Fairmatic Insurance tracking.
- To activate Driver Insight and Fairmatic on User Accounts from tracking, go to Desktop, ADMIN, User and Roles section, edit user account, make sure Driver role is active on account, and select Enable MediRoutes Driver Insight check box. Save. Do this on ALL user account that you want to track on Driver Insight, and Fairmatic Insurance.
