This articles outlines minimum & recommended system requirements to run MediRoutes Desktop software
As of 6/2025, MediRoutes desktop software requires a PC (or laptop) with a Dual-core CPU and at least 8GB of RAM, running Windows 10 or later, utilizing a monitor or screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (with scaling set to 100%) to meet minimum system requirements.
MediRoutes can run on slower CPU and memory configurations than those listed below, but you may experience poor performance, especially when handling large amounts of data. This can also result in errors or crashes.
NOTE: If your PC is connected to a lower-resolution monitor, or has scaling set higher than 100%, the MediRoutes interface may not display correctly. You may be unable to access pop-up windows or see the full screen.
