An overview of our website and its functionality
What is MediRoutes Online?
MediRoutes has three platforms used by our clients:
- Mediroutes Desktop - a Windows application for managing Trips, Scheduling, Dispatching, User Accounts, Vehicle information, and Reports/Billing for trips.
- MediRoutes Driver APP - an Android OS or Apple IOS App designed for Drivers to Perform trips.
- MediRoutes Online - a website designed for basic MediRoutes Desktop operations, including, but not limited to, training materials, Trip Intake, Scheduling and Dispatching, and limited Admin functionality.
Below you will find a more detailed description of MediRoutes Online and an overview of all sections within the website.
MediRoutes Online Description:
MediRoutes Online is a website designed for devices other than Window OS Computers to access certain operations from the MediRoutes Desktop Program. To access MediRoutes Online, go to the website MediRoutes.com on any Web Browser on any Device (Apple MAC OS, Apple IOS iPhone or iPad, Android OS Tablet or phone, Chromebook, Windows Computer, etc.). Click the white Login button in the top right corner or click the menu in the top right and click the white Login button there.

MediRoutes Online has MediRoutes Desktop program operations like Basic Passenger creation, Trip Intake, Dispatching, Scheduling, and Where's My Ride. It also includes other features not in MediRoutes Desktop like Notifications, Vehicle Inspection creation, Reporting for Timekeeping and Inspections, and the Billing and Payments area for MediRoutes Invoices, as well as having MediRoutes Academy online training and Knowledge Base articles.
MediRoutes.com Website Sections:
- Home tab:
- MediRoutes Academy - A training tool to teach yourself or employees how to use the MediRoutes desktop app.
- Dashboard - A general area to see an overview of trip information for the day such as drivers out on the road and trip revenue.
- Dispatch tab:
- Passengers - Creating a passenger in MediRoutes so you can create trips for them.
- Trips - Creating trips for passengers.
- Dispatch - Basic dispatching, like moving Trips from one Run to another, Canceling Trips, shopping Trips, checking on Drivers, and Will Call activation.
- Where's My Ride - Checking on passengers' ride status, in real time.
- Notifications - Schedule notifications, send notifications out in real time, see what notifications have been sent recently, or manage your templates. (This feature has to be enabled for the option to be visible.)
- Timekeeping: Punch Clock for Users to enter in their time for timekeeping reports.
- Reports: Inspection, Timekeeping, Notification Usage, and Driver Insights.
- Admin:
- Admin Home - Shows you all options under Admin.
- Users & Roles - Allows you to create and manage users.
- Inspections - Create, edit, and manage inspections.
- Billing and Payments - Update your payment method, update billing information or company information, and view your MediRoutes invoices.
- Docs: Documentation for the website, the mobile app, and our API, as well as a link to view our latest release notes and a link to our Knowledge Base.
