This article describes why you might receive a token error when trying to log in to MediRoutes if your PC's date/time is set incorrectly
If your PC's date/time setting is significantly incorrect, it may lead to the expiration of the security token used for traffic, resulting in login issues for the desktop application.
You might receive the error: "Error 3: the remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized ExpiredToken: The token is expired. Expiration time: XXXXXXX".
Ensure that your local PC time accurately reflects the current time and time zone to resolve the error message mentioned above.
On Windows 10/11:
To access Date & Time Settings on your desktop, simply right-click on the Date/Time located in the bottom taskbar of your screen. Ensure that the time zone is accurately set and then proceed to synchronize the time to ensure your PC is up to date with the current time.
After successfully synchronizing the time on your PC to reflect the correct time and time zone, you can proceed to log back into MediRoutes.
