Check HubSpot Contact area first, to make sure contact does not already exist. If they exist, then associate the ticket with new contact, and if this is a Different Phone number than on contact, add phone in Mobile Phone area on correct contact.
A) Service > Tickets
B) Click the 'Ticket Name'
C) Hover mouse over contact information on the right, click 'preview'
D) Edit First and Last Name
E) Update Email
*If email is already connected to another contact, 'save' without email, and go to 'Contacts > Contacts.' Search for the contact you created, and merge duplicate contacts.
F) Update company
G) Make sure Lifecycle status set to Customer
