Internal: Windows S-Mode Questions

This article links to a Microsoft article that you can send to customers who need guidance on how to bypass s-mode

If you get a message like: "The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app" or "Must be a Microsoft Store Approved App", this means your PC Windows is in S Mode. S Mode will restrict your Install of the MediRoutes Desktop program, since it's not a part of the Microsoft Store.

Each Windows PC is slight different on changing from S mode to Full Windows Mode. Below is a link to Microsoft Windows S mode info. Check out the link on how to change from S Mode to full Windows, so you can download and Install MediRoutes Desktop Program.

We DO NOT assist customers in removing S-mode from their laptops. Please refer customers needing assistance to their IT support department.
