Desktop Client Update, Version 4.0.0.37627

Bug Fixes:

Desktop Now Warns When a MTM API Trip Cancellation Fails to process with Broker API: Resolved an issue where Desktop showed a trip as cancelled even when the cancellation did not go through, including Desktop Member Cancel for MTM trips. If a cancellation can't be completed, Desktop now leaves the trip active and shows a message asking the user to refresh and check the trip before trying again. 

Verida 2.0 API set up backend update: Verida 2.0 API Integration/framework Pushed through to Production Desktop, to help with new Verida 2.0 API transition, coming soon.
