Enhancements

  • When a trip is marked as a dry run and the corresponding return leg is automatically canceled, a cancellation reason is now recorded and transmitted to integrated brokerages. The reason will read as "Auto Canceled Corresponding A Leg Marked as Dry Run." Previously, no cancellation reason was included, which caused documentation gaps with broker integrations.
Bug Fixes
  • ModivCare Import File - Resolved an issue where the Modivcare import file would freeze or spin indefinitely when processing trips for new clients. Import files now process and create trips as expected.
