How to Message Drivers

Driver Messaging lets you communicate with drivers directly from MediRoutes - no need to switch to a phone or third-party app. Messages are delivered to the driver's device in real time, keeping dispatch and drivers connected throughout the day.  

How to message a driver

1. Click the three dots on the far righthand side of the Trip List
2. Click Message the driver
3. Select one or multiple drivers to broadcast message to
4. Type the message
5. Click send

Viewing message history

To review past messages with a driver:

1. Click the driver's route from the Routes panel
2. Click the three dots
3. Select Message History
