Editing Trip Cost or Billing Items

Edit trip charges/Billing Items from the Home Tab.


A) Click the 'edit' icon of the trip you want to edit

B) Click 'allow update' checkbox so that you are able to make changes (if feature is turned on)

C) Click 'add charge item' icon 

*Keep the total as is, or remove any fees not wanted or needed by clicking the X next to the selected charges.

D) Once you have the correct total click the green 'save' icon

E) Close trip detail by clicking the blue 'close detail' icon


Any negotiable/special non-default charges can be added by following steps A-C. Once the charge item is moved to the selected charges, you can update by clicking in the 'Qty' column. Enter either a $ amount or a number.
