Archive Desktop Install Link

To access the archived trip data in Archive (approximately mid-2020 and earlier), you will need to download and install the Archive Desktop program on your PC. Simply click on the provided link and follow the instructions to install the program.

Once installed, you can open the Archive Desktop and access the old data. Please note that this version of Archive Desktop only contains old data and does not include any new data from today onwards. Sign in with your normal username and run your reports. Keep in mind that the program might run slower since it operates on a separate system than your usual desktop.

To determine the starting date of the archived data in your regular MediRoutes, you may need to run a report as far back as mid-2020. This will help you identify the extent of data that needs to be pulled from the archive. Additionally, please inform us when you are ready to start running the report in the archived database so that we can allocate additional resources to prevent any slowdowns.
