A guide to understanding and finding the totals MediRoutes uses to bill for all trips and notifications.
What trips are charged on your Mediroutes Invoice?
- MediRoutes will bill you for trips that are Performed, Managed, and Dry Run/No Show trips. MediRoutes will not bill for Canceled trips in advance (trips taken off a RUN and canceled on Home Tab with Red X).
- Managed Trips are trips that have NOT been Canceled or Performed but are still active in MediRoutes Desktop. These trips have been managed by you, and could or could not be Performed, so we consider them active/managed trips for billing.
- NO SHOW/DRY RUN trips are Performed trips, since the driver performed the trip in real time (driver went to the location, hit ARRIVE on mobile app, and hit Cancel for a no show/cancel at the door, and that performs the trip).
How do I find the number of trips MediRoutes uses for billing?
On the Home tab, you can see how many trips per day that will be billed. Click on the Show Canceled check box and remove the check, and the number in the left side will be the total trips being billed on the date listed. The other way to get total trip numbers for MediRoutes Monthly Billing is to run a Trip Sheet report.
- Go to the Reports tab, choose Trip Sheet tab, then Data Grid tab. Put in the Filters values for dates (for example, for 1 month of billing, March 1 to March 31) and in the Data Grid check boxes (see below) choose Include Dry Run/No Show and make sure all others are BLANK/UNCHECKED. Click Get Report, and the total in the top left corner will show all trips that will be billed by MediRoutes for the date range you put in.
- You can also go to MediRoutes.com, sign in with normal user account credentials, and go to Admin > Billing & Payments. Here you can update your payment method and see current and past invoices. If you click Invoice under Billing History to view your invoice, it will list the trip total that MediRoutes is billing for and the per trip charge.
How do I find the number of Notifications MediRoutes bills for?
The Notification report on usage and pricing is under our web app. Go to our website www.MediRoutes.com, sign in with your normal user account credentials, and under Reports, you will see Notification Usage. Click that box, and you will see information regarding the current number of notifications sent out for this month and previous months as well as the current total cost. (Hover over the bars on the graph with your mouse to see the details.)
