  • Open Installer: Find and open the downloaded file it will be named, "MediRoutes.Installer.appinstaller"
  • Install: Click the 'Install' button located at the bottom right of the screen that pops up.  'Launch when ready' will be automatically checked if you want the application to open immediately after installation.

If you have already installed our application, the popup you will see will look like this.  Click on the 'Launch' icon to be taken to the software.

  • Use Existing Credentials: Log in with your existing username and password. Your account information has not changed.

Accessing the Application

  • Find in Start Menu: Look for the new application link in the Windows Start menu. It is highlighted in the image below to differentiate from the older version. Notice the new application link is distinct from the older version's link with the black bordered icon and full green compass rose.

Once you have found this application link, you can right click on it to pin it to your taskbar or to your Start menu:

Windows S Mode

If you receive a message stating that "The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app" or "Must be a Microsoft Store Approved App," it indicates that your Windows PC is in S Mode. This mode restricts the installation of the MediRoutes Desktop program since it is not available in the Microsoft Store.

Every Windows PC may have a slightly different process for switching from S Mode to Full Windows Mode. For more information on Microsoft Windows S Mode, refer to the link provided. Follow the instructions on how to switch from S Mode to Full Windows to enable the download and installation of the MediRoutes Desktop Program.
