Kaiser / Vectorcare API Set Up Process

Step 1 - Customer Needs to Navigate to Vectorcare Portal

Step 2 - Go to the Open API Link at the bottom left:

From there you will click on Generate Credential. Make sure to save the generated client key and secret on a notepad document, post it, or whatever , as you cannot access it again without deleting the credential and recreating it.

Step 3 - Fill out the API Information in MediRoutes

Edit the funding source and go to the brokerage tab, fill out the key (ID) and secret:

Step 4 - Fill out the webhook URL:

If you scroll down the page you will see where you can create a new webhook. You type in the webhook URL and click on "Add Webhook"

The webhook URL will look like this:

https://api.mediroutes.com/api/v1/webhook/Kaiser/svclientId/[

(https://api.mediroutes.com/api/v1/webhook/Kaiser/svclientId/[)SVCLIENTID]/fundingSourceId/[FUNDING SOURCE ID]

To get the SV Client ID, you would go to the client page on mediroutes.com and find it there. Its the Client ID for the customer you are setting up.

To get the funding source ID, you can check the funding source in desktop that they are connecting to the API:

So for the two screenshots above, you would enter the webhook URL as follows:

api.mediroutes.com/api/v1/webhook/Kaiser/svclientId/3523/fundingSourceId/3174

Just replace the 3523 and the 3174 with your clients own svclientid and funding source ID respectively, and add the webhook.

Step 5 - Make sure Space Types Will Match

Whatever they select on the LOS in Kaiser/ Vectorcare, needs to be setup in MediRoutes within either the spacetype name or within the comma separated list within the spacetype description:
