This guide provides clear, step-by-step instructions for deactivating a user account in the MediRoutes desktop application and reactivating an account that has previously been deactivated.
Making a user Inactive:
Start by opening the Admin tab. It will automatically load on the Users and Roles tab. Click the list tab.
Under the list tab, locate the user you would like to deactivate and Click on the edit button.
1. Check the box next to Inactive and make sure the box is checked.
2. Click the ok button.
Reactivating an inactive User
To reactivate a user that has been made inactive navigate to the list tab and check the box Display Inactive. Select the user you would like to make active again and click the edit button.
1. Check the box next to Inactive and make sure the check is removed.
2. Click OK to save.
