On MediRoutes Online (Mediroutes.com website), when you are Canceling or Rerouting a trip back to Broker, some Brokers has Cancel/Reroute ( or called Turnback's) reason. MediRoutes Desktop has had these options, now so does MediRoutes Online.

When you navigate to the Dispatch section and edit a trip on MediRoutes Online, you have the option to cancel or reroute the trip. By clicking the X button, a new screen will appear with Cancel and/or Reroute/Turnback reasons provided by the Broker. Currently, the Brokers who have this feature enabled are ModivCare MediTrans, MTM, and MAS. The Broker will populate the reasons for cancellation or rerouting. Simply select the appropriate reason from the options and click CONFIRM. The information will then be sent to the Broker through the API.
