TEMP WORKAROUND: Modivcare Portal not showing performed trips on CLAIMS PORTAL

Due to an issue with webhooks firing off to ModivCare starting on 4/19, some trips are not coming across to the Modivcare claims portal - this article outlines a temporary workaround

This is a temporary workaround to address the issues that started occurring on 4/19 involving webhooks.  If trips that you've completed in this time frame do not appear in the Modivcare claims portal you may need to use this process.  This KB will be removed once we receive confirmation of normal function.

You may need to update missing trip data manually on Modivcare's portal on the batch. 

Once ALL parts of a trip are performed again with all working webhooks (scheduling to a run, all arrives & performs, trip completion etc.) trips should once again be appearing again on the claims portal per usual as long as all the above parts of the trip were initiated after 4/30/25. This KB will be removed when we believe the issue and all customers have been resolved.

Step 1 - Get ModivCare Trips

A - Navigate to Admin > Billing > EDI Submission > API Submission.

B - Select ModivCare from your list of funding sources.

C - Select the date you want to bill.

D - Click Get Trips.
E-  You will then need to highlight the trips in the list that comes up and then once the trips are <click> on "Submit Trips"  (a few moments later these trips should be appearing in the Modivcare claims portal)

Note: Only scheduled trips will be pulled for submission.
