When trying to launch MediRoutes desktop (after clicking "Continue") it gets stuck on "Loading ... "

This article outlines a known issue that impacts users who have selected various non-U.S. regions and/or non-English language packs in their Windows 10/11 settings.

This article describes a late breaking identified issue, please leave feedback on the KB. Thanks!

When launching the MediRoutes desktop application, the application will load to the point where it asks you to "Continue to MediRoutes".

Pressing the "Continue" button on this screen, will display a "Loading..." message with a spinning wheel but it fails to load successfully.

This issue has been seen on newly purchased laptops (when purchased outside of the United States) and when setting different NON-USA regions and NON-ENGLISH language packs. In order to check what region or language pack you have selected for your Windows PC:

If you go to the Windows Start button, then <click> on "Settings", then <click> on "Date & Time"
On the Date & Time window that comes up: <click> on "Language & Region":

Windows display language should be set to: English (United States)
Country or region should be set to: United States
Regional format should be set to English(United States)

Note: Not all regions and/or language packs may cause an issue, but we have seen this on numerous non U.S. regions to create this KB.

THIS ISSUE REMAINS UNDER ACTIVE INVESTIGATION
