This article outlines the cause of the submission error when submitting Verida trips
If you get this error message, please contact MediRoutes Support and let us know that you are getting the above submission error when attempting to submit your Verida trips. In most cases, the above indicates that the API connection has been deactivated on the Verida side of the connection. MediRoutes will need to contact Verida on your behalf to turn the API connection back on.
Why this happens?
This can happen if you do not submit trips to Verida through MediRoutes for an extended period of time (the exact amount of time is unknown but we have seen this issue with customers who have not submitted trips for over a few months).
