Step 1 - Receive Filled out Verida Form.

• Once you received the filled out form for back from your client, send the form over to Verida Support. 
• Send to email kehlebracht@verida.com and isupport@southeastrans.zendesk.com . 
• Verida will send back the information to be entered into the Verida Funding Source broker tab area. Example email below. Submitter ID is not needed, auto generated with ID and State from our system. 
  
  

• After entering in all the information, (you will need to add the STATE), they will be all set and ready to Submit trips through API submission.
