Internal - Set up Process for Fairmatic Insurance and MediRoutes Driver Insights.
This article is to help with Fairmatic and Driver Insight set up process and steps needed.
Option 1. If a client ticket/call comes in and if client interested in Fairmatic Insurance with MediRoutes, then send them to the website link to sign up with Fairmatic.
Fairmatic MediRoutes Set up
Fairmatic will qualify the client, regarding location, insurance available, etc. Fairmatic Driver Dashboard is part of insurance set up, and is accessible in Mediroutes.com website. All Driver user accounts selected in Mediroutes will be part of Insurance.
You can not have MediRoutes Driver Insight user account only and Fairmatic Insurance user account only, on Same Database and Dashboard. It is either ALL Fairmatic Insurance and Driver Insight, or ALL MediRoutes Driver Insight only.
Option 2. If Driver Insight only, no Insurance, Reach out to Level 3 support with a Support Ticket. Support Reps will assign to Scott (level 3) to finish process of set up to get SDK key.
Below are the steps for Fairmatic Insurance.
Fairmatic Insurance Steps:
- We receive an e-mail or phone call from the client expressing an interest in Fairmatic Insurance.
- Support creates/updates a Support Ticket in the Support Pipeline with the Category of Driver Insights, for tracking.
- Instruct client to go to website Fairmatic and MediRoutes
- Let client know they will get follow up info from Fairmatic on Insurance, user access to Fairmatic Dashboard. Separate contract on insurance from Fairmatic, so up to them if available.
- Close ticket after client has all the info for Fairmatic Insurance.
MediRoutes Driver Insight Set Up:
- Client calls/emails interest in MediRoutes Driver Insight Only
- Create/update Support Ticket, with all the information for the contact and company.
- Let Client know that we will start the Set up process to get Driver Insight on system, and will follow up.
- Send Ticket to Level 3 ( Scott ).
- Level 3 will gather info , get it over to Fairmatic to get SDK Key and user account access for Client to Fairmatic Dashboard. (send to Sara Johnson, Megan Zumbuhl at Fairmatic for SDK Key and access to web portal)
- Once we have SDK key, we will add to client Databases, and send over info on what needs to be checked on Driver User account for Driver Insight on Mobile app.
Level 3 process for Fairmatic SDK Key Email. (Same process for both Driver Insight and Fairmatic Insurance).
Once the Email with SDK KEY info is received back to Level 3, below are steps Level 3 will do to get SDK set up, and Driver User accounts set up for tracking on Fairmatic Dashboard and Driver Insights.
- Fairmatic will supply a SDK Key that needs to entered into Clients section under Fairmatic check box. Once email is received, Level 3 will go to Mediroutes.com Clients section, check both Driver Insight, and Fairmatic check boxes to gain access to SDK key location.
- Add key to Fairmatic section (see below) and save.
- On Desktop, under Data, Other, Setting tab, go to FairmaticsSDKKey in drop down, and enter in say SDK Key. Save. This activates section for Fairmatic and Driver Insight on user accounts.
- Support will reach out to the client to let them know they are set up on Driver Insight and/or Fairmatic Insurance. Next step is to activate Driver user account setting for tracking. KB can be sent on setting up Driver user accounts, and Dashboard website info.
- To activate Driver Insight and Fairmatic on User Accounts from tracking, go to Desktop, ADMIN, User and Roles section, edit user account, make sure Driver role is active on account, and select Enable MediRoutes Driver Insight check box. Save. Do this on ALL user account that you want to track on Driver Insight, and Fairmatic Insurance.
