How Auto Submit works
SafeRide will "Auto Submit" billing claims for MediRoutes synced rides ONLY when SafeRide receives ALL of the following from MediRoutes:
- All 4 timestamps
- A valid, credentialed driver
- A valid, credentialed vehicle
If any of these are missing, the ride will NOT auto submit, and you will need to enter the missing information in the SafeRide portal.
Common reasons rides do not auto submit
-
Missing driver/vehicle: SafeRide could not match the vehicle plate and driver license between MediRoutes and SafeRide. This happens when drivers and vehicles are active in MediRoutes but are NOT active and credentialed in SafeRide.
-
Missing timestamps
How to prevent this
- Make sure every driver and vehicle used in MediRoutes is also active and credentialed in SafeRide.
- Make sure driver license and vehicle plate information matches exactly between MediRoutes and SafeRide.
- Make sure drivers Arrive and Perform trips in the MediRoutes Driver App (not from Dispatch) so all timestamps are sent to SafeRide.
Fixing rides that did not auto submit
SafeRide offers a Ride Exporter to find rides missing data, and a Rides Importer to mass import missing timestamps, driver, vehicle, ride status, and billing claim status by CSV. Please contact SafeRide's NVMs and Billing team for guidance on this process.
