How to Show Arrive Times on the ModivCare Trip Sheet in MediRoutes Desktop
Print the driver's Arrive times instead of Perform times on the LogistiCare Standard trip sheet, so manual ModivCare billing shows the earliest recorded time.
What the Show Arrive times option does
By default, the LogistiCare Standard trip sheet (the ModivCare "Daily Trip Log") prints the Perform time in the Pick-up Time and Drop-Off Time columns. When you turn on Show Arrive times, both columns print the driver's Arrive time instead. If a trip has no Arrive time, the sheet prints the Perform time.
Use it if you bill ModivCare manually with trip sheets and want the earliest recorded time on the sheet, without editing Perform times by hand first.
Before you start: You need a MediRoutes Desktop version that includes this option, access to the Reports page, and you should be signed in to Windows as the person who prints the sheets, on the PC they print from.

Reports->Trip Sheet - Click the

What changes on the sheet
Only the two time columns change. Everything else prints the same as before.
| Column | Box unchecked (default) | Box checked |
|---|---|---|
| Pick-up Time | Pickup Perform time | Pickup Arrive time, or the Perform time if no Arrive was recorded |
| Drop-Off Time | Drop-off Perform time | Drop-off Arrive time, or the Perform time if no Arrive was recorded |
| Will Call Time | Will Call time | No change |
| All other columns | No change | No change |
Note: The setting is saved per Windows user, per PC, not for your whole company. Each person who prints these sheets checks it once on each PC they use. It stays on after Desktop is closed or the PC restarts.
Good to know
- It's off by default. Nothing changes until someone checks the box.
- It only affects the LogistiCare Standard style. The Arizona, Virginia, Maine, Rhode Island and other trip sheet styles keep their current times.
- The Standard
Export Data Gridalready uses Arrive times and doesn't depend on this box.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
No Show Arrive times checkbox |
Select LogistiCare Standard under Desired Standard Style. The settings only show for that style. If it's still missing, update MediRoutes Desktop. |
| Box is checked but the sheet still shows Perform times | Click Get Report again. The old preview doesn't refresh on its own. |
| The box was on, now it's off | You're on a different PC or a different Windows login. Check it again there. |
| One trip still shows a later time | That trip has no Arrive time recorded, so the Perform time prints. Check the trip's event times. |
| A different ModivCare style didn't change | That's expected. The option only applies to LogistiCare Standard. |
