Dispatch Dashboard Overview:
Dispatch Dashboard allows access to trips, runs, and driver info while on MediRoutes Online, and when you do not have access to MediRoutes Desktop program. Designed for basic Dispatch operations, like shopping trips, moving trips from one Run to another, canceling trips, or activating will call trips and shopping them onto a Run.
The basic operational areas are below, more detailed KB article per operation area will be linked:
- Date and Filter for Runs and Vehicle Groups on top line
- Trip Datagrid, access to Change/Edit, Cancel, Shop/Schedule trips.
- Trip Datagrid to show trips, with filters to change view to show Scheduled, Unscheduled, Canceled trips.
- Run tiles, click on Run Tile to get to Run View to see specific Run adn trips, with trip datagrid at bottom to Shop trips.
